SWISS CONFEDERATION:

RUSSIAN FEDERATION:

PLAZARIUM refers to organizations of manufacturing industries with continuously operating production located on the territory of Moscow (Russian Federation). According to clause 5.1 on mandatory self-isolation of citizens over the age of 65 due to the spread of coronavirus infection 2019-nCoV / COVID-19 from the Decree of the Mayor of Moscow No. 26-YM, PLAZARIUM transferred employees over the age of 65 to remote work mode (order No. 1 of 23.03.2020). At the same time, the majority of personnel involved in the production process, including staff from the management team, continues to perform all the necessary functions for the manufacture and assembly of waste plasma gasification plants and plasma systems.

According to the decree of the Federal service for supervision of consumer rights protection and human welfare, the chief state doctor of the Russian Federation and Decree of the Mayor of Moscow no. 26-YM p. 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 due to the ban on visiting work for a number of our employees and their relatives who came from the European Union (Federal Republic of Germany, Swiss Confederation), we are forced to temporarily stop some production chains.

This circumstance hinders the fulfillment of obligations under current contracts with deadlines for reporting and delivery of products in May-July 2020. At the same time, PLAZARIUM is one of the organizations whose activities cannot be suspended taking into account technological features and for which no decision has been made to suspend visits to the territory and buildings where the organization operates (paragraph 4.1 of the decree of the Mayor of Moscow of April 10, 2020 No. 42-YM and explanations of the Moscow city Hall No. 21-41-116/20 of 03.04.2020).

All the above circumstances lead to a temporary ban on foreign customers visiting our factory to view, to demonstrate products and production facilities.

Taking into account that PLAZARIUM manufactures medical equipment (industrial plasma systems and units for plasma-thermal destruction of hazardous medical waste and biological waste, as well as the development and manufacture of plasma disinfectants), the company continues its production plan for 2020 and 2021 with the following changes:

For existing contracts with a delivery period of May-July 2020:
We inform you that during this period of time, the priority goes to the production of plasma units for medical waste, so the delivery dates of contracts in may-July 2020 are shifted to August-September 2020.

For existing contracts with a delivery period after August 2020:
We inform you that all plasma units and plasma systems for all customers will be completed on time and in accordance with the terms specified in the existing contracts. The Russian plant of the PLAZARIUM company located in Moscow at the address Moscow, Volgogradsky Prospekt. 42, bldg.5 (Technopolis Moscow) operates in a limited mode, sufficient for the implementation of current activities and strategic contracts.

For new and planned contracts with delivery dates after August 2020:
We inform you that all plasma units and plasma systems for all customers will be completed on time and in accordance with the terms specified in the existing contracts. The Russian plant of the PLAZARIUM company located in Moscow at the address Moscow, Volgogradsky Prospekt. 42, bldg.5 (Technopolis Moscow) operates in a mode sufficient for carrying out current activities and fulfilling all new contracts.

ATTENTION!
In Russia, there is no emergency regime (emergency situation *) at the regional or Federal level, so any force majeure circumstances and restrictions are only a partial measure and may affect only a part of the ongoing projects.
